Our selection of the best of Brussels-Shopping

Toison D’Or + Avenue Louise: 700M
Les Sablons + Marolles : 1,4 km
Rue Neuve : 2,6 km

Designer stores and boutiques mainly French and Italian designers such as Gucci, YSL and Dior with prestigious breathtaking interiors.
If you haven’t been before “Maison Delvaux” is a personal window-shopping favourite of mine. They create fine leather goods for the Belgian Royal family and are one of the country's oldest and reputed fashion houses.
Saying that though, if you’re looking for more local designers and boutiques, the area of Les Sablons and the Marolles offers many second-hand vintage stores, and designer boutiques where new and not-so-new Belgium designers show of their recent collections. Defintely worth the visit. And while you’re there; have a coffee with a ‘gauffre de liege’ in one of the many traditional cafés.If you want to find out more visit this page unfortunately it’s in French but very useful information. And if it’s just pure shopping you’re after Rue Neuve is probably your best bet. A long road of shopping heaven with all major apparel chains represented (H&M, ZARA, MANGO, etc) local and international. It’s suited just off the ‘Grand Place’ and its small alley-ways full of exquisite restaurants offering fish, mussels and Italian specialties. Combine the both and make a day out of your trip.
